Our Policies

1. On Reservation and Payment ◘ A 50% of the total lodging cost is required for deposit as a confirmation for any reservation made. Reservations may also be paid directly to the Guest House. Deposits and advanced payments can be made and sent only to our legitimate bank account at PNB, Bontoc Branch (contact mobile number +63.916.2872325 for bank details), or through the establishment's cashier Any payments made through any other means will not be recognized. Unused reservation fees may still be usable within the next 3 months. Amount is forfeited after 3 calendar months. Reservations made without deposits are subject to change within 5 banking days during lean season (June-November) and within 3 banking days during peak season (December-May).
2. On Check In and Check Out Time ◘ Check out time is 10 A.M. Check in time is 10:30 A.M.(or earlier if the room is unoccupied). Guests with unfinished concerns beyond 10:00 a.m. may deposit their baggage at the counter for safekeeping. Occupying the room beyond 12noon but not exceeding 3pm will be charged 50%.  3pm and beyond will be charged the full room rate.
3. On Registration ◘ All guests are required to register in the registration book upon check-in. Unregistered guests shall not be accounted for in case of emergency.
4. On Sagada Guest House Articles ◘ Keys must be turned over to the front desk properly upon departure or when leaving the guest house.  Taking out of any articles or properties as souvenirs is strictly not allowed.
5. On Safekeeping of Valuables ◘ Kindly deposit your valuables to the management. Any loss of valuables left unattended to shall not be the liability of the management.
6. On Guest Security Assistance ◘ Kindly observe the Municipal curfew hour and be within the guest house premises on or before 9:00pm. The management shall waive any security concerns on guests who violate this municipal ordinance.
7. On Extra Pax ◘ Extra pax over the room's bed capacity is not allowed.
8. On Sanitation ◘ Smoking inside the rooms is not permitted. No pets are allowed. A kitchenette is provided only in Rooms E6 & E7. Cooking and heating of food inside the other rooms is strictly prohibited.
